The Honey Pot
1. Listen and write down some verbs in the past

2. Listen again and write down 2 affirmative sentences and 2 negative sentences.
3. Listen again and ask 3 questions from the story
1. Was the pot full of honey?
2.What did the villagers do?
3.Did Nora fill her cup with honey?
4. Did the king like the present?
5. Did the king live in a small village?
6. Did the king try the cup full with water?
7.Did the king have a baker who made the best bread in the world ?
8. Did Nora propose to give the king any jam ?

In a small village it was king's birthday. A guy said he wanted to give him bread, the villagers didn't want to because the king has the best baker in the world. A girl said she wanted to give him milk and cheese but the villagers didn't want to because the king has the best goat in the world. A girl named Nora wanted to give the king a pot full of honey, the villager wanted to. Nora goes and put the pot full of honey in her wardrobe and pick up a pot an fill it with water, the villagers had the same idea. Nora goes to the king and give him the pot. The king tries the pot full of water and he screams and saied this is not honey THIS IS WATER! And the villagers were scared and they all left and go to their house.

AND the villagerS wanted to DO THAT ...Nora pickED up a pot anS fillED it with water AND PUT IT IN THE COMMON POT, BUT ...The king trieD TO TASTE THE HONEY BUT HE FOUND OUT IT WAS ONLY WATER ! EVERYONE THOUGHT AS NORA AND FILLED THEIR CUPS WITH WATER INSTEAD OF HONEY .

A villager said to give bread to the king, but the king has a baker that made the best bread in the world.Another villager said to give milk and cheese, but the king has got a goat who make the best milk and cheese in the world. A child named Nora said to give honey, and all the villagers were fine with this ideea. Nora loves honey and had another ideea, she filled the pot with water and put the honey back. They were back. The giant pot was filled up and the king was invited. When the king arrived he wanted to taste, he was surpised and he screamed:
-The pot is full of water!
All the villagers had the same ideea like Nora!

ReplyDeleteIn a small village, on the occasion of anniversary, the villagers wanted to give the king a present.
The villagers were so undecided. They didn’t know what present should it be the most appreciated. There were many propositions: bread, milk, cheese but, no one of them were successful. After many discussions, a girl named Nora proposed to give the king honey. The villagers were shocked at first, but then they realized that the idea was good so, they proposed to give him honey. Nora filled her cup with water instead of honey.
The king tasted her cup and he didn’t like it. The villagers realized that the cup was filled with water. At the final the king was disappointed about his present.
