to make something brand new = a face ceva din nou / nou- nout
Sneezy was a snowman who was shivering with cold. He sneezed and complained of being cold. A child offered him a hot cocoa which melted him down. He was made brand new again, but he shivered with cold once more. Because of that a girl offered him a pink hat.
Being so cold the snowman had a hot bath and, of course, he melted again. Fortunately, the children made him brand new again. Then, a boy, noticing his problem with the cold, gave him his scarf to keep warm.
The snowman went beside a campfire to feel more comfortable but he melted again. The children saved him one more time and gave him a coat, too. Unfortunately, with all that stuff he got too warm.
The children suggested him to eat some ice cream. Happily, Sneezy ate seven scoops of ice cream and he felt much better.

Once upon a time there was a little kid named David. Around Christmas he peeked for presents and snitched Christmas cookies. On a day he played with the Christmas tree ornaments and he made his mother angry. Another day he went outside without clothes, wearing boots, gloves, and a Santa hat.
He needed to be patient when he stayed in line to read Santa his Christmas list. On the list there were one hundred and nineteen wanted presents. When he walked back home he wrote his name with pee in the snow. Playing with snowballs he broke a window.
After all these it was time for the Christmas dinner. All dressed up, David was taught how to eat properly. He tried to open at least a present but he was not allowed to. After he went to bed, he dreamed that Santa came and took the ornaments and presents and left him just a lump of coal.
Fortunately, it was just a dream. The Christmas day was magic as usual.
